Job Description
ERP Advisors Group is a leading independent enterprise software advisory firm based in Lakewood, Colorado. Renowned for guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives, ERP Advisors Group helps ensure the success of critical enterprise software implementations for a wide range of industries. They have earned a reputation as one of the country's top software advisory firms and have appeared twice on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing privately held companies. The company prides itself on its innovative approach, deep industry expertise, and commitment to client success, which has resulted in sustained growth and strong market presence.
The company is currently hiring for a full-time Office Coordinator position located in their Lakewood office at 390 Union Boulevard Suite 540, CO 80228. This role is a permanent, non-exempt position, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with hourly compensation ranging between $24 and $28 depending on experience. The Office Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting daily office operations and enhancing the overall employee experience. This is more than a typical administrative role; it involves coordination across various operational areas such as office administration, reception, facilities management, onboarding logistics, and general workplace operations.
As the Office Coordinator, you will serve as the face of the office, managing reception duties including handling incoming calls, welcoming visitors, processing deliveries, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. Your role will require liaising directly with building management and landlords, managing office access systems like badges and keys, and supporting office space planning and furniture logistics. This position also encompasses oversight of office cleanliness, event coordination, emergency preparedness, and managing inventory and ordering of essential office supplies and breakroom items.
You will collaborate closely with Human Resources to facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, managing administrative tasks related to new hires, preparing workstations, and occasionally handling travel arrangements for candidates and visitors. Additionally, you will maintain employee information records, organizational charts, and weekly operational statistics. Providing light technical support for employees and troubleshooting office systems such as Wi-Fi, security, conference technology, and printers will also be part of your responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of experience in office coordination, administration, reception, office management, or related roles. Strong organizational skills, a service-oriented mindset, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Comfort with technology including Microsoft Office and Mac OS is important, as is the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and independent work capability.
ERP Advisors Group offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ career growth and well-being. Benefits include a clear career path, ongoing training, annual performance reviews, paid maternity/paternity leave, and paid sick and safe time for Colorado employees. Employees are also eligible for a 401(k) plan with company matching and profit sharing, paid holidays, employer-sponsored medical insurance, life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance, optional vision, dental, and accident insurance, and a generous paid time off program that pays out unused time annually after 90 days. This benefits package is competitive and designed to foster a positive, supportive workplace culture. If you are organized, service-minded, and eager to contribute to a dynamic software advisory company, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to join a growing, respected organization.
