The Office Coordinator role at ERP Advisors Group is integral to maintaining seamless day-to-day operations within the company’s Lakewood office located at 390 Union Boulevard Suite 540. This full-time, in-person position operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., focusing on optimizing office administration, reception services, facilities management, onboarding logistics, and overall workplace operations. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors.
Offered salary for this permanent, non-exempt role ranges from $24 to $28 per hour, dependent on experience and performance. The Office Coordinator will work closely with the Human Resources department, supporting various employee-related functions to improve the overall employee experience.
Key responsibilities include overseeing office access management such as badges, keys, and parking assignments, coordinating with building management and landlords, and managing office supplies and inventory. The role requires ensuring the office remains clean and organized, supporting workplace events and decorations, executing emergency preparedness initiatives, and handling daily reception duties like greeting visitors and managing calls and deliveries.
Moreover, the Office Coordinator will assist with administrative tasks including document preparation, electronic filing, note-taking during recruitment, onboarding and offboarding procedures, and preparing workstations for new employees. This position also involves providing light technical support related to employee technology, maintaining training materials, facilitating training sessions, and troubleshooting office systems such as Wi-Fi, door security, conference room technology, printers, and Apple Business Manager.

Job Duties
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations to maintain an organized, functional, and professional workplace environment, including reception duties for incoming calls, deliveries, and visitors
- serve as primary liaison with building management and landlord
- coordinate office access, including badges, office keys, and parking assignments
- support office space planning, furniture ordering, assembly, and office layout updates
- monitor and upkeep of office cleanliness
- assist with office decorations and workplace events as needed
- oversee office emergency preparedness activities
- coordinate ordering and inventory of office supplies, breakroom items, snacks, and workplace materials
- manage reception by greeting visitors, answering the main line, routing calls, handling deliveries, and taking messages
- open, sort, and route mail
- assist with document preparation, electronic filing, and general administrative support
- deposit checks as needed
- enter, maintain, and publish weekly statistics
- maintain organizational charts and employee information
- occasionally assist with note-taking for recruitment cycles
- assist with onboarding and offboarding administrative tasks
