As an INC 5000 company and consistent member of MSP 501, Velo is on an ambitious journey to become one of the largest MSPs globally. The company prides itself on its strategic growth through acquisitions, double-digit annual expansion, and a steadfast commitment to investing in its people and infrastructure. Located in the vibrant Arts District of Downtown Dallas, Texas, Velo offers an engaging work environment enriched by proximity to popular local spots such as Klyde Warren Park and Berkley’s Market. Velo’s mission, "Built to Serve," highlights its leadership’s dedication to creating a supportive workplace where employees have the clarity and resources to perform their best and deliver exceptional service to clients.

The Office Concierge role at Velo is a full-time, in-office position with working hours from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm. With a competitive salary range between $50,000 and $60,000, this role is designed for a highly personable, organized professional who thrives on engaging with others and providing a world-class office experience. The Office Concierge is the face of the workplace, responsible for delivering exemplary hospitality to every guest and team member. This individual embraces social energy and takes pride in ensuring that all office operations run smoothly, from greeting visitors and managing lobby presence to coordinating vendors and handling daily employee requests.

In this position, the Office Concierge will play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment by ensuring that meeting rooms are impeccably prepared and stocked, common areas are maintained, and logistics such as mail, packages, and catering are efficiently managed. This role demands exceptional multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a proactive communication style to keep staff informed about office matters and upcoming events. The Office Concierge will also be responsible for administrative duties such as logging requests, documenting procedures, and maintaining updated task lists to support seamless office operations. The comprehensive benefits package includes major medical, telemedicine, IRA, vision, dental, corporate chaplain, counseling services, VIP membership to Klyde Warren Park, eight paid holidays, and three weeks of paid time off in the first year, making this a highly rewarding role for candidates seeking stability and growth in a vibrant tech-driven workplace environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual ready to be the energetic heartbeat of Velo’s office and contribute to a thriving company culture while advancing their career in a fast-paced tech services environment.
