Job Duties

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all calls, emails, and visitors
  • Respond to correspondence and greet guests promptly and professionally
  • Conduct daily inspections of conference rooms and overall site
  • Maintain clean and organized common areas
  • Restock supplies as needed
  • Manage inventory of office and kitchen supplies
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Provide support for meetings and events including room setup, basic AV/technology support, and coordination of catering
  • Monitor meeting room usage to optimize space utilization
  • Assist with basic IT troubleshooting including connectivity issues, Targus port replicators, Zoom room setup
  • Escalate to IT helpdesk for more complex issues
  • Act as liaison for facilities related issues and maintenance requests
  • Gather feedback from employees to improve office operations and workplace experience
  • Maintain and troubleshoot digital signage and space utilization monitors
  • Provide recommendations for local restaurants and amenities
  • Support and promote internal events and employee engagement initiatives
  • Perform other office/facilities related functions as workload permits
