Job Duties
- This role will be the first point of contact for our clients and partners, while also supporting smooth office operations and assisting our team with day-to-day administrative needs
- Welcome clients, visitors, and team members with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer and route phone calls and emails promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized reception and office area
- Assist with scheduling meetings and conference room bookings
- Handle mail, package intake, and outgoing shipments
- Perform data entry, filing, and light administrative support as needed
- Monitor and restock office supplies
