AVISTT America is currently seeking a diligent, honest, and professional Office Administrator to join their dynamic team. This full-time role is designed for an individual with a strong background in office administration, capable of multitasking and working efficiently under pressure. The position offers a competitive wage of 14 dollars per hour and requires a bachelor's degree along with at least three years of experience in office administration. Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, reflecting the company’s bicultural engagement between the US and China.

The Office Administrator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities within AVISTT America. This includes managing schedules, maintaining office supplies, operating standard office equipment, and supporting policy updates. The role demands effective communication skills to assist visitors, handle reception duties, and manage telephone communications professionally. Moreover, the position encompasses responsibilities related to human resource management, such as coordinating recruitment efforts, managing employee records, assisting with insurance and payroll tasks, and tracking attendance and leave. The Administrator will also help plan company events and perform other HR-related activities, providing comprehensive support across departments.

  • Calculates and enters employee work time
  • Track and record employee’s vacation time, sick and leaving time, payroll deductions, status changes, evaluations, and all other related HR information
