Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least six months of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with PCs printers calculators and other office equipment
- Ability to use word processing software and create spreadsheets
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Job Duties
- Answer phones and provide receptionist services including greeting visitors and managing inquiries
- Process registrations for both new and used vehicles in their respective states
- Accurately prepare tax and title documents
- Submit legal transfer documents to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all applications and documents
- Prepare payoff checks for trade-ins
- Track outstanding title work and provide regular status updates to management
- Sign over titles for wholesalers and generate monthly reports on collected funds
- Process and register vehicle warranties and extended service contracts maintaining accurate logs
- Stay current with title regulations by attending relevant seminars and training sessions
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
