Operating with a deep understanding of market dynamics and client needs, SRS Real Estate Partners delivers comprehensive solutions to property owners, investors, and corporate clients. The company fosters a collaborative and high-performing team environment where professionals are encouraged to innovate and grow. With a strong presence across multiple markets, SRS Real Estate Partners is dedicated to creating value and long-term relationships through professionalism and expertise.
The Office Assistant / Event Coordinator role at SRS Real Estate Partners is a pivotal position that blends administrative proficiency with creative event management in a dynamic, fast-paced professional setting. This role is designed for an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, capable of supporting the daily office operations while also planning and executing a variety of internal and client-facing events. The successful candidate will be the backbone of office functionality, providing essential support to brokers and staff, managing front desk operations, and fostering a welcoming professional environment for clients and visitors. The position demands someone who can seamlessly juggle multiple priorities, from coordinating onboarding logistics and office supplies to handling vendor relationships and event logistics.
On the event coordination side, this role is integral to the company’s efforts to create memorable and effective gatherings that range from client appreciation events and broker meetings to conferences and team-building activities. The Office Assistant / Event Coordinator will manage all aspects of event execution—from venue selection and catering coordination to marketing collateral and on-site management—ensuring each occasion runs smoothly and aligns with the company’s standards and branding. Additionally, the role involves regular communication with internal teams to develop detailed event timelines and budgets, tracking RSVPs, coordinating guest communications, and conducting post-event follow-up.
Ideal candidates will possess more than two years of relevant experience in administrative support, office management, or event planning, coupled with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, with additional familiarity with event planning tools, CRM systems, and graphic design software like Photoshop and Illustrator considered a plus. The position requires a candidate who can work independently and as part of a team, equipped with polished communication skills and a professional demeanor that reflects the high standards of SRS Real Estate Partners.
Joining SRS Real Estate Partners means becoming part of a vibrant company culture that values collaboration, creativity, and professional development. Employees have the opportunity to work closely with industry leaders and gain exposure to high-profile clients and premier events in the commercial real estate sector. The firm supports career growth and advancement, providing a platform to build a meaningful and rewarding career within the industry. If you are motivated, organized, and excited to play a key role in office operations and standout events, SRS Real Estate Partners would love to meet you.
