Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in administrative support office management or event planning
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • customer service orientation
  • familiarity with event planning tools or CRM systems is preferred
  • experience with graphic design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator is advantageous

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative office support or event planning experience
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
  • experience with event planning tools or CRM systems is a plus
  • Photoshop and Illustrator experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • provide general administrative support to brokers and staff
  • manage front desk operations including greeting clients and handling incoming calls
  • assist with document preparation presentations and reporting
  • support onboarding logistics for new hires including workspace setup and materials
  • coordinate office maintenance and liaise with property management as needed
  • create a welcoming professional experience for clients and visitors
  • own office organization supplies inventory and vendor coordination
  • plan and execute company events including client appreciation events broker meetings conferences and team gatherings
  • manage event logistics including venue selection catering invitations registrations and on-site coordination
  • work with internal teams to develop event timelines and budgets
  • coordinate marketing materials and branding for events
  • track RSVPs and manage guest communications as well as budget
  • oversee event setup execution and post-event follow-up
