Job Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in administrative support office management or event planning
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- customer service orientation
- familiarity with event planning tools or CRM systems is preferred
- experience with graphic design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator is advantageous
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative office support or event planning experience
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
- experience with event planning tools or CRM systems is a plus
- Photoshop and Illustrator experience is a plus
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- provide general administrative support to brokers and staff
- manage front desk operations including greeting clients and handling incoming calls
- assist with document preparation presentations and reporting
- support onboarding logistics for new hires including workspace setup and materials
- coordinate office maintenance and liaise with property management as needed
- create a welcoming professional experience for clients and visitors
- own office organization supplies inventory and vendor coordination
- plan and execute company events including client appreciation events broker meetings conferences and team gatherings
- manage event logistics including venue selection catering invitations registrations and on-site coordination
- work with internal teams to develop event timelines and budgets
- coordinate marketing materials and branding for events
- track RSVPs and manage guest communications as well as budget
- oversee event setup execution and post-event follow-up
