The role of the Property Management Office Assistant at CLS Living is integral to the smooth operation of the property management office. This position acts as the administrative backbone for property managers by supporting day-to-day operations through various administrative and customer service duties. The Office Assistant is responsible for handling tenant inquiries, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, performing data entry, and assisting with lease administration among other tasks. In addition to administrative duties, this role also supports property management functions like coordinating maintenance requests, processing rent payments, and assisting with marketing and leasing activities.
