Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, event planning, or office coordination
- proficiency with office technology and software including Slack and G-Suite
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- detail-oriented mindset
- availability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- willingness to assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, event planning, or office coordination
- comfortable using modern tools like Slack, G-Suite, Eventbrite, and Luma
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- adaptable and able to pivot quickly when plans change

Job Duties
- be the welcoming face of our office
- maintain the visual appeal of our 5,000 sq. ft. space
- manage relationships with vendors like catering and supply services
- ensure visitors, including founders and investors, feel welcome and at home
- take charge of logistics for on-site events
- manage RSVPs
- coordinate technology and AV setups
- source local catering options
- be the go-to person on-site to guarantee smooth event execution
- infuse the office with modern, youthful energy
- collaborate with the team to brainstorm initiatives that position our space as a hub for the SF tech community
- provide support to partners with light administrative tasks
- assist with conference room scheduling
- greet guests with an emphasis on hospitality
