Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, event planning, or office coordination
  • proficiency with office technology and software including Slack and G-Suite
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • detail-oriented mindset
  • availability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • willingness to assist with various administrative tasks as needed

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, event planning, or office coordination
  • comfortable using modern tools like Slack, G-Suite, Eventbrite, and Luma
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • adaptable and able to pivot quickly when plans change
  • a people-first attitude with high energy

Job Duties

  • be the welcoming face of our office
  • maintain the visual appeal of our 5,000 sq. ft. space
  • manage relationships with vendors like catering and supply services
  • ensure visitors, including founders and investors, feel welcome and at home
  • take charge of logistics for on-site events
  • manage RSVPs
  • coordinate technology and AV setups
  • source local catering options
  • be the go-to person on-site to guarantee smooth event execution
  • infuse the office with modern, youthful energy
  • collaborate with the team to brainstorm initiatives that position our space as a hub for the SF tech community
  • provide support to partners with light administrative tasks
  • assist with conference room scheduling
  • greet guests with an emphasis on hospitality
