Job Description

The Vibe is a dynamic and fast-paced Venture Capital firm located in a stunning 5,000 square foot office that perfectly embodies innovation and community spirit. Unlike typical corporate environments, The Vibe operates at the exciting intersection of technology and hospitality, creating a unique workplace culture that encourages creativity, collaboration, and growth. Our modern office space is not just a place to work but a hub for founders, investors, and the vibrant San Francisco tech community. We prioritize a people-first approach and strive to ensure that every visitor and team member feels welcomed and valued in our inclusive and energetic setting.

We are currently seeking a motivated and high-energy individual to join our team in a dual-role position that combines office management and event production. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of our office while also orchestrating a wide range of engaging events that support our firm's mission to connect innovators and investors. From hosting intimate founder dinners to high-energy demo days and networking mixers, you will be at the forefront of creating memorable experiences that foster meaningful connections.

As the face of our office, you will take pride in maintaining the visual appeal of our space, managing relationships with key vendors such as catering and supply services, and ensuring that every visitor—whether a founder or investor—feels at home. Your meticulous attention to detail and passion for hospitality will help keep the office environment fresh, organized, and inviting. In your event production capacity, you will handle all logistics including managing RSVPs, coordinating audiovisual setups, sourcing local catering, and being an onsite point of contact to guarantee flawless execution.

Beyond operations and events, you will play an essential role as a culture champion, infusing the office with modern and youthful energy. Collaborating closely with the team, you will contribute ideas and initiatives that position our space as an active and vibrant hub for the San Francisco tech ecosystem. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-adjacent environment and enjoys variety in their workday while building valuable professional relationships.

We seek candidates who are obsessive about detail, adaptable to change, and tech-savvy with familiarity in tools such as Slack, G-Suite, Eventbrite, and Luma. While 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, event planning, or office coordination is preferred, we place a strong emphasis on personality and potential over an extensive resume. Joining The Vibe means gaining direct exposure to the venture capital and startup community and expanding your professional network within one of the world’s leading technology hubs.

This is a compelling opportunity to grow your career in a unique role that blends operations, events, and community-building in a workplace that values innovation and human connection. If you are a detail-oriented, energetic, and welcoming individual passionate about creating outstanding experiences and supporting a fast-moving team, The Vibe wants to hear from you.
