Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Own the office first impression and maintain the 5,000 sq. ft. space looking sharp
  • manage vendor relationships including catering, snacks, and office supplies
  • ensure visiting founders and investors feel at home
  • lead logistics and execution for in-office events such as founder dinners, demo days, and networking mixers
  • manage RSVP coordination and tech/AV setups
  • source and coordinate local catering for events
  • act as the on-site point person to ensure smooth event execution
  • bring energy and ideas to enhance office culture
  • assist partners with administrative support tasks including scheduling conference rooms and greeting guests
