Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 1-3 years experience in hospitality, event planning, or office coordination
- Proficiency in modern office software and communication tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced tech-focused environment
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in hospitality or event planning or office coordination
- Proficient with Slack, G Suite, and event management tools such as Eventbrite or Luma
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics
- Ability to troubleshoot basic office technology
- Adaptable to dynamic and fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Serve as the welcoming face of our office
- Maintain the 5,000 sq. ft. space and manage vendor relationships
- Ensure visiting founders and investors feel at home
- Oversee logistics for in-office events including RSVP management and AV coordination
- Source local catering and manage event production on-site
- Collaborate on initiatives to enhance office culture
- Assist partners with administrative tasks and schedule conference rooms
