Job Duties
- Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors appropriately
- Maintaining security and telecommunications systems
- Managing employee and department directories to assist visitors
- Ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness procedures for the reception area
- Monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges to maintain security
- Documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs to support team continuity
- Providing administrative support to the Procurement team, including processing purchase orders and goods receipts
