We are currently hiring for the position of Food and Beverage Manager, a pivotal role within our hospitality team. This full-time role offers a starting pay of $44,852.56 with the potential to earn up to $67,233.84 based on experience and tenure. The Food and Beverage Manager is tasked with delivering outstanding service to our guests by ensuring excellent food quality, consistent execution, and an appealing dining environment. The individual in this position will oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, working closely with cooks and service staff to maintain high standards in food preparation, presentation, and timely delivery. Developing innovative cost savings measures and improving labor retention are key responsibilities aligned with meeting hotel financial goals. Additionally, this role involves leading comprehensive staff training programs, conducting daily service evaluations, and fostering a motivated and well-informed team through regular education and feedback.
The Food and Beverage Manager also plays an integral role in menu development, evaluating food products and employee performance to align offerings with market position. Management responsibilities extend to pricing strategies and supervision of liquor and wine procurement, ensuring optimal selection and cost-effectiveness. Collaborating with senior management, including the General Manager and Director of Operations, this role helps define and achieve financial objectives through budgeting and strategic marketing.
