Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and software related to event management and sales
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to attend events outside regular hours as needed
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Compliance with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event management or hospitality sales preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with digital sales and event management software
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and function space management
- Track record of meeting sales targets
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Job Duties
- Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients
- Respond promptly and professionally to all communications
- Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, and proactive planning
- Maintain and develop assigned accounts
- Monitor and manage pre-event, event, and post-event details including room blocks, meeting space, and billing
- Attend customer functions as needed
- Forecast group rooms and food and beverage revenues accurately
- Gain knowledge of hotel’s food and beverage products and function spaces
- Achieve sales activity and revenue goals
- Use digital sales systems and follow hotel sales strategies
- Participate in internal meetings, training, and planning
- Foster teamwork and embody entrepreneurial spirit
- Advocate for personal career development
- Comply with company policies and management requests
