Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or event coordination preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software related to event management and sales
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to attend events outside regular hours as needed
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in event management or hospitality sales preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with digital sales and event management software
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and function space management
  • Track record of meeting sales targets
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all communications
  • Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, and proactive planning
  • Maintain and develop assigned accounts
  • Monitor and manage pre-event, event, and post-event details including room blocks, meeting space, and billing
  • Attend customer functions as needed
  • Forecast group rooms and food and beverage revenues accurately
  • Gain knowledge of hotel’s food and beverage products and function spaces
  • Achieve sales activity and revenue goals
  • Use digital sales systems and follow hotel sales strategies
  • Participate in internal meetings, training, and planning
  • Foster teamwork and embody entrepreneurial spirit
  • Advocate for personal career development
  • Comply with company policies and management requests
