Currently, Odell Brewing's Sloan's Lake Brewery is seeking passionate team members to join its kitchen staff. This position involves preparing a variety of scratch-made pizzas, fresh salads, and other dishes inspired by Colorado's vibrant culinary scene. This role demands flexibility and a strong work ethic as on-site hours require availability for both lunch and dinner shifts throughout weekdays and weekends. Scheduled weekly hours are up to 29. Team members will engage in various kitchen stations, rotating daily to perform tasks ranging from food preparation to cooking and maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace. They will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure food safety and quality standards are upheld, all while supporting an inclusive environment for guests, coworkers, and the wider community. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting
- Current food handler's permit or ServSafe certified is a plus
- Willingness and ability to work varied schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to work long hours on feet
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and move up to 160 lbs
- Ability to work in hot, wet, and loud environments
- Ability to crouch, bend, lift, climb stairs, and reach
- Ability to remain focused and level-headed under demanding situations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting
- Current food handler's permit or ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties
- Rotate daily between various kitchen stations to prepare scratch pizzas, salads, and sides
- Collaborate with line cooks and kitchen staff to manage food prep and cooking schedule
- Assist with shift changeovers to ensure timely completion of guest orders
- Maintain clean and sanitized cooking, prep, and food handling areas
- Receive and properly store deliveries in walk-in or dry storage
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively within the team environment
- Foster an inclusive environment for guests, coworkers, and the community
