Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is the flagship casino resort of Hard Rock International, owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. This is a world-renowned entertainment, gaming, and hospitality destination that underwent a significant $1.5 billion expansion unveiled on October 24, 2019. The resort boasts 638 upscale guestrooms in the iconic Guitar Hotel, 168 luxury guestrooms including unique swim-up suites in the Oasis Tower, and an additional 465 redesigned guestrooms in the Hard Rock Hotel, bringing the total room count to 1,271 throughout the property. Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood offers an array of exceptional amenities including a lush Bora Bora-style lagoon with private cabanas and butler service, a large 42,000 square-foot Rock Spa® & Salon, a 13.5-acre recreational water experience for activities like swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding, 19 dining outlets, 20 bars and lounges, a vast gaming floor housing 3,100 slot machines, 195 table games, and a 45-table poker room.

The resort also features 120,000 square feet of premier meeting and convention space, including a 38,000 square-foot carpeted exhibition hall and a 26,000 square-foot retail promenade. Its entertainment venue, Hard Rock Live, has a 7,000-person capacity and hosts a variety of events such as A-list concerts, comedy shows, Broadway performances, sporting events, and live broadcast productions. Located on 87 acres of the Hollywood Seminole Reservation along State Road 7 and just minutes away from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and downtown Miami, the resort perfectly blends luxury, hospitality, and entertainment.

The role offered at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is vital to maintaining the high standards of guest experience and operational excellence. This position requires adhering strictly to the Seminole Tribe's policies and procedures, focusing on maintaining an immaculate bar area with adequate supplies, ensuring sanitation and cleanliness, and supporting the beverage management team efficiently. The employee will be responsible for setting up the bar, handling supplies including glassware, napkins, straws, ice, and garnishes, and performing duties assigned by supervisors. The work environment demands a proactive approach to maintaining safety, cleanliness, and positive guest relations, as well as compliance with all food and beverage regulations and sanitation standards.

This role is particularly suitable for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy casino environment where effective communication and attention to detail are paramount. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and the ability to work amidst typical casino environmental factors such as secondhand smoke and ambient noise. The employer places emphasis on tribal employment preferences, prioritizing Native American candidates from the Seminole Tribe and other federally recognized tribes, along with background compliance checks including credit and criminal history.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood offers a competitive and supportive work environment complemented by rockin' benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401K plans, paid time off, and annual bonus opportunities.
