Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in coffee shop, fast-casual, or high-volume guest service preferred
  • must obtain and maintain any required licenses or certifications
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting of 25 lbs
  • capability to perform physical activities including walking, standing, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, and seeing

Job Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and quick-service operations
  • strong guest service and communication skills
  • ability to multitask efficiently in high-volume settings
  • proficiency in English for communication
  • ability to describe and promote menu items
  • experience operating POS systems and keyboards
  • physical ability to stand and work in confined spaces for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously
  • take guest orders accurately and promote menu items
  • prepare and present coffee and other beverages following recipes
