Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center's Inpatient Rehabilitation Department plays a vital role in patient recovery by providing therapeutic services designed to enhance functional outcomes, patient experience, and hospital resource utilization. This part-time position offers a 20-hour workweek with two 10-hour shifts on Sundays and Mondays. It is a benefited role with eligibility for a weekend shift differential of $3 per hour and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. In this role, you'll be responsible for evaluating patients' functional abilities and limitations, establishing care plans, and providing skilled occupational therapy treatments tailored to each patient's physical, social, cultural, and educational needs. You will collaborate closely with patients, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure the most effective and compassionate care. Documentation and communication are key components of this position, requiring comprehensive record-keeping and timely, clear communication regarding patient progress and care adjustments.

Additionally, you will play a leadership role in delegating tasks to occupational therapy assistants, therapy technicians, and students while ensuring compliance with departmental and regulatory standards.
