The company is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment where associates can thrive and grow. TJX operates across four global home offices, distribution centers, and thousands of retail stores worldwide, making it one of the most respected and vibrant retail employers in the industry.

The HomeGoods Distribution Center located in Bloomfield, USA, is seeking an Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) to join their dedicated team. This position emphasizes the importance of proactive occupational health management by supporting various safety and wellness programs. The role requires an adept understanding of occupational health principles and a strong ability to communicate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including associates, medical providers, treating physicians, insurance carriers, and corporate partners. The OHN will be instrumental in reviewing all first reports of injury and ensuring appropriate case management throughout the recovery process.

TJX offers a competitive salary range for this position, starting between $75,200 and $99,600 annually, which will be determined based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, the role is eligible for an annual incentive program. The company provides a highly supportive environment that encourages continuous learning and development. Candidates will find a flexible and dynamic role where their contributions have a meaningful impact on employee well-being and the overall safety culture within the distribution center.

Working at TJX means joining a family that truly values diversity, equity, and inclusion, while also providing ample opportunities for career advancement across various domains and geographical locations. The company’s commitment to associate wellness is reinforced through comprehensive benefits encompassing medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and various employee assistance programs. Associates are also rewarded with discounts, incentive programs, educational scholarship opportunities, and family support initiatives including adoption and surrogacy assistance.

For healthcare professionals passionate about occupational health and safety, this OHN role at TJX HomeGoods Distribution Center represents an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in a dynamic and supportive retail distribution setting that prioritizes associate health, safety, and development at every turn.
