With a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation, TAKKION focuses on maintaining and enhancing the performance and reliability of utility-scale wind turbines across the United States. As a dedicated provider of maintenance solutions for composite components such as blades, nacelles, and nose cones, TAKKION plays a vital role in supporting the renewable energy infrastructure that powers communities and businesses. The company values safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement, cultivating a collaborative environment where technicians can grow their expertise and contribute to the future of clean energy.

The Blade Repair Technician roles at TAKKION represent critical positions within the Operations & Repair division. These roles demand precision, technical knowledge, and adherence to strict safety protocols. The company has recently increased per diem allowances to support these traveling positions, where technicians are deployed to various wind farms across the country. Additionally, technicians handle tasks such as painted fairing fillers application, operating safety equipment, rigging blade access platforms, and executing internal tower cleaning. Candidates must be comfortable working in varied environmental conditions, climbing to high elevations safely, and traveling for extended durations.
