Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working as a sushi line cook or in a similar role
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong commitment to sanitation, safety, and cleanliness
  • Capability to work in tight spaces and maintain focus during busy service periods
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a disciplined culinary environment

Job Qualifications
