This compensation package aims to attract and retain skilled personnel who are capable of managing the essential services provided in food service operations, particularly those that directly impact nutrition and meal satisfaction for patients or residents.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with at least two years of food service experience and a high school diploma or GED to advance their careers. The role not only requires leading and mentoring a team but also hands-on involvement in meal service delivery, making it a dynamic and engaging position.

The Nutrition Services Aide Lead is integral to maintaining an efficient and pleasant dining experience for all facility occupants, demonstrating leadership and operational expertise. The individual must be adept at multitasking within a fast-paced environment, managing workflow efficiently during busy meal periods, and ensuring that all room service trays are correctly prepared, delivered to the appropriate locations, and cleaned promptly afterward.

By pursuing this role, candidates can expect to contribute meaningfully to the nutrition and well-being of those they serve, working within a collaborative team environment that values respect, accountability, and dedication to excellence.
