Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years supervisory experience in food service operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of sanitation certification course or ServSafe certification within 6 months of hire
  • Excellent computer and customer service skills
  • Effective communication
  • Ability to work well with others in service situations

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years supervisory experience in food service operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Completion of sanitation certification course or ServSafe certification within 6 months of hire
  • Excellent computer and customer service skills
  • Effective communication
  • Ability to work well with others in service situations
  • Customer-service call center experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervises hourly associates including scheduling, training, coaching, and assigning daily tasks
  • Oversees cafeteria and retail area cleanliness, food display, and service standards
  • Manages inventory levels, ensures proper stock levels, and handles cash register reporting including reconciling daily revenue and sales reports
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local sanitation regulations including HACCP standards, temperature checks, and proper food handling
  • Ensures excellent customer service for guests, doctors, and staff
  • Acts as the primary contact in the absence of Food Service Management and covers essential positions during shortages
