Job Requirements
- 3-5 years supervisory experience in food service operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of sanitation certification course or ServSafe certification within 6 months of hire
- Excellent computer and customer service skills
- Effective communication
- Ability to work well with others in service situations

- Customer-service call center experience preferred
Job Duties
- Supervises hourly associates including scheduling, training, coaching, and assigning daily tasks
- Oversees cafeteria and retail area cleanliness, food display, and service standards
- Manages inventory levels, ensures proper stock levels, and handles cash register reporting including reconciling daily revenue and sales reports
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local sanitation regulations including HACCP standards, temperature checks, and proper food handling
- Ensures excellent customer service for guests, doctors, and staff
- Acts as the primary contact in the absence of Food Service Management and covers essential positions during shortages
