Somerfield Health Center is a distinguished 5-star, 66-bed skilled nursing facility complemented by 11 assisted living suites, all situated within the serene and beautiful campus of The Heritage at Brentwood. We are currently seeking hospitality-minded Nutrition Servers/Dietary Aides to provide support in the preparation and service of therapeutic diet meals, salads, and desserts within the health center. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, including availability on weekends and holidays, and pays $16 per hour. Working under the guidance of the Food Services Manager and Registered Dietician, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of food service and enhancing the dining experience for our senior residents. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down tables, transporting foods and supplies, and ensuring all work areas and equipment are kept in a safe and sanitary condition. Collaboration with food, beverage, and nursing staff is crucial to delivering comprehensive care and services.

Job Requirements
- Part time availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work flexible schedule

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience working in food and nutrition operations in a health care setting preferred
Job Duties
- Assist in preparing and serving therapeutic diet meals, salads, and desserts in the health center
- Set up and break down tables in health center dining rooms after meals
- Transport foods and supplies to and from the health center
- Maintain station equipment and work area in safe and sanitary condition
- Work cooperatively with other food and beverage and nursing staff members in providing care and services to senior residents
