The Nutrition Associate Manager position at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections represents an exciting opportunity to join Aramark’s dynamic team. You will support the Food Service Director by implementing therapeutic diet orders, supervising proper tray assembly, maintaining food sanitation standards, and assisting in staff training to ensure compliance and excellence in dietary services.

The position also involves preparing monthly diet summary reports, responding to grievances related to diets, and maintaining administrative tasks such as documentation and electronic medical record management.
