The role specifically demands culinary professionals who are passionate about providing excellent service and who understand the crucial link between nutrition and resident health outcomes.

In this role, the Cook will be responsible for preparing foods in compliance with prescribed diets, ensuring meals are served at the proper temperature while maintaining their visual appeal and taste. The position requires adherence to strict sanitation standards and inventory protocols, helping maintain a safe, clean, and orderly kitchen environment. The Cook will also be expected to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, interacting respectfully with residents, family members, and fellow team members.

Compensation for this position is competitive, with an hourly pay range of $20 to $22. The regular schedule provides a stable work routine with a focus on team collaboration and professional growth. Additionally, Plymouth Rehabilitation & Health Care Center offers meaningful benefits, including opportunities for career advancement and participation in exclusive employer discount programs. The facility strongly emphasizes inclusivity and equal employment opportunities, encouraging all qualified individuals to apply and contribute to its dedication to resident-centered care.

This Cook role comes with the responsibility of maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards, including COVID and flu vaccination requirements, underscoring the employer's commitment to health and safety.
