Harbor Crossing’s Assisted Living team is currently seeking Nursing Assistants, also referred to as Resident Assistants, Home Health Aides, or Nursing Assistants, to join its committed workforce. These positions do not require a CNA license, making them accessible for individuals passionate about providing compassionate care to older adults.

The available positions offer flexible schedules, including full-time shifts such as 2pm - 10pm and overnight shifts from 10pm - 6am, as well as part-time overnight options. Nursing Assistants at Harbor Crossing play a pivotal role in delivering person-directed care, supporting residents’ daily living choices, and fostering independence while adhering to regulatory standards and best practices. The position offers an estimated starting wage between $21.00 and $22.90 per hour, reflecting the candidate’s qualifications and market conditions.
