The current opportunity is with Optage Hospice, a division of PHS, where they are looking to hire a Full-Time Floating Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide. This role uniquely requires flexibility as the position involves floating to various regions within the Twin Cities metro area, including locations in Wisconsin such as Hudson and New Richmond. The Floating Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide will provide personalized, one-on-one care to hospice patients in a variety of settings including private residences, group homes, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities. This is a full-time position with weekday hours (Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.), with no weekend shifts required. The role offers between 8 and 10 shifts per pay period, catering well to individuals seeking consistent yet flexible scheduling.

Candidates must have completed a state-approved nursing assistant training program and hold current certification, or be willing to obtain Wisconsin certification within three months of employment. The employer reimburses mileage and covers paid travel time to facilitate the floating nature of this role. Importantly, prior active registration with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry is not required.
