With a culture rooted in quality of life and respect for one another, 710 Labs fosters an environment where innovation and creativity flourish, setting a high standard in cannabis production and branding.

The Nursery Technician role at 710 Labs is a vital position within their cultivation team, responsible for the propagation and care of cannabis plants starting from cloning through vegetative growth stages. Reporting directly to the Nursery Lead or Manager, this role requires hands-on experience in cannabis propagation methods including cloning, mother plant maintenance, and manual watering techniques. The average weekly responsibilities focus on learning how different cannabis strains grow, identifying pests and pathogens, and maintaining strict biosecurity protocols to ensure plant health and safety. As a physically demanding position, it requires working in warm, humid environments typical of vegetative rooms, and performing tasks such as transplanting clones, topping and pruning plants, applying foliar sprays and biostimulants, and releasing beneficial insects. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and adaptability to changing tasks in a fast-paced nursery setting.

710 Labs offers competitive compensation for the Nursery Technician, with pay ranging from $22.00 to $23.00 per hour. The benefit package is comprehensive, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and AD&D insurance, a 401(k) plan with a company match, paid time off, and holidays. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age to comply with California cannabis facility regulations. As an equal opportunity employer, 710 Labs is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that all qualified applicants receive fair consideration regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
