As an integral part of Genesis Healthcare, a leading provider in the long-term care industry, Ridgewood Center values collaboration, inclusion, and support within the workplace. Genesis Healthcare has established a reputation for fostering an empowering environment where healthcare professionals are valued and encouraged to grow their careers through continuous development and advancement opportunities.
At Ridgewood Center, the focus is on ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of patients, their families, and employees alike. The organization prides itself on delivering exceptional service by maintaining rigorous care standards and a strong commitment to positive clinical outcomes. The center’s dedication to resident-centered care aligns with Genesis Healthcare’s mission to make meaningful impacts on the communities served. Currently, Ridgewood Center in Bedford is actively looking for a full-time Nurse Supervisor to join their team. This pivotal role supports the Director of Nursing in managing and overseeing nursing care delivery, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care while maintaining safety and compliance with regulatory standards. The Nurse Supervisor acts as a clinical leader, guiding nursing staff on assigned shifts, mentoring, and facilitating an effective care delivery model. This role is essential in coordinating communication among various departments and ensuring staffing levels meet the demands of continuous, 24/7 care while balancing budget considerations by managing overtime and agency personnel usage.
Candidates for this position will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment with a strong emphasis on professional growth, continuous learning, and the ability to make a tangible difference in the lives of those cared for. Ridgewood Center offers competitive compensation with a salary range of $46.00 to $50.50 per hour along with a $3,500 bonus, and an attractive benefits package for those who opt for benefits rather than pay in lieu. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance, as well as 401K plans, paid time off, and access to a variety of voluntary insurance options.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is either an experienced clinical supervisor or looking to step into such a role. With a dedication to both clinical excellence and compassionate care, this role supports not only individual career development but also the collective effort to enhance patient outcomes within a trusted healthcare community.
