This particular opening is for a full-time Family Medicine physician associate or nurse practitioner at the Cascade clinic in Northeast Portland. This role provides full-spectrum primary care, including pediatrics, to a diverse patient population. You will work alongside a collaborative team of physicians and caregivers, bolstered by a robust multidisciplinary group consisting of a behaviorist, nurse quality supervisor, clinical pharmacist, registered nurses, and a medical social worker. The clinic also offers access to various subspecialties to support comprehensive care delivery. The position is Monday to Friday, 4 to 4.5 days per week, with the possibility of taking an off weekday. Notably, the schedule excludes weekend hours and on-call responsibilities, promoting work-life balance.
