The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role at the Adult & Family Care Clinic in Santa Fe is an outstanding opportunity to join this respected health system. In this advanced practice provider position, you will offer comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting focused on adult and family medicine patients. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough patient assessments, establishing accurate diagnoses, designing effective treatment plans, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing appropriate medications. Beyond direct care, you will play a critical role in promoting preventive health measures and fostering wellness within the patient community. The position offers a flexible schedule, including options for Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts per week, with an outpatient-only practice environment. You will work with a collaborative and supportive clinical team, manage on average 16-18 patients per day, and participate in a family medicine call rotation limited to telephone coverage.

Working at CHRISTUS St. Vincent also comes with a competitive total compensation package and comprehensive benefits coupled with opportunities for professional growth and development. The location of the clinic in Santa Fe is an added advantage, offering an exceptional quality of life that includes more than 300 days of sunshine annually, a mild pace of life with minimal commuting, and access to a rich cultural landscape featuring a vibrant arts, culinary, and music scene.
