The manager will be expected to develop and enforce policies and procedures pertinent to ambulatory surgical care, working closely with providers, the ASC Director, and the ASC Leadership team to achieve optimum operational efficiency and patient safety.

Job Requirements
- BSN or 5 years of comparable experience in an ASC
- Active current TX license
- BCLS - AHA Healthcare Provider
- CNOR certification or ability to obtain within a year of hire
- 5 years of clinical experience in the OR
- 3 years of management experience
- Computer skills
- working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
- Driver's license and access to reliable transportation
Job Qualifications

- Ambulatory Surgery experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide leadership in daily clinical operations of the Operating Room, Central Sterile Processing Department, Pre-Op and PACU departments
- Develop and enforce compliance with ASC policies and procedures
- Collaborate closely with providers, ASC Director, and ASC Leadership team
- Ensure compliance with State rules and regulations, AAAHC and AORN standards for ambulatory surgical facilities
- Monitor and improve quality and safety standards in surgical services
- Manage staff performance and development
- Facilitate communication and coordination among surgical team members
