This full-time position involves overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations within the Operating Room (OR), Central Sterile Processing Department (CSPD), Pre-Operative (Pre-Op) area, and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), ensuring compliance with State regulations as well as the standards set by AORN (Association of periOperative Registered Nurses) and AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care). The manager will be expected to develop and enforce policies and procedures pertinent to ambulatory surgical care, working closely with providers, the ASC Director, and the ASC Leadership team to achieve optimum operational efficiency and patient safety.
