The Nurse Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the Nursing Department, taking responsibility for both administrative and clinical oversight. The Nurse Manager will provide supervisory direction, training, and support to ensure that nursing procedures align with regulatory requirements and the company’s policies. The candidate will be expected to travel between company locations in Los Angeles and Ventura counties, and must hold a valid California Registered Nurse license as well as a California Driver License. Job Requirements

Associate of Science in Registered Nursing required
current, valid California License in good standing as a Registered Nurse
current, valid California Driver License with a good driving record
must fulfill pre-employment conditions including tuberculosis screening, background check, drug screening, and reference checks
ability to travel between company locations in Los Angeles and Ventura counties

Job Qualifications

ongoing monitoring and screenings during employment in accordance with law and company policy

Job Duties

Providing supervision, direction, and training to the nursing staff on policies and procedures
overseeing the medication administration, documentation, and destruction process
holding regular meetings with the health and wellness staff individually and collectively
communicating with outside physicians to plan, deliver, and evaluate care
reviewing documentation to ensure notes are complete and accurate
responsible for scheduling staff in the Nursing Department
