The role of the Part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Lake Seminole Square is a unique opportunity for healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing compassionate, quality nursing care in a senior living setting. This position is designed for those who value hospitality as much as clinical skill, ensuring that residents receive not only the best medical care but also a warm and respectful community experience. The LPN will provide direct care to residents while also leading and supervising the care delivered by Quality of Life Specialists and Resident Assistants. Shifts are available from 7am to 3pm and from 4:30pm to 8:30pm, with a competitive pay rate of $27 per hour plus shift differentials for weekend and evening shifts.

In this role, the LPN is responsible for identifying medical and behavioral changes in residents, developing and monitoring individualized care plans, and ensuring that all nursing care aligns with physician orders and established clinical standards. This position demands strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail to maintain a safe and supportive environment for seniors. Furthermore, the LPN serves as a critical point of communication between the healthcare team and the Director of Health Services, providing daily updates on resident conditions, community needs, and staffing performance.
