Job Description
Lake Seminole Square is an upscale senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional care and hospitality to its residents. Located in a beautiful, clean setting with a lake view, this community offers an enriching environment where seniors can enjoy an independent and high-quality lifestyle. As a company, Lake Seminole Square prides itself on its extraordinary culture centered around hospitality, respect, and responsiveness, promising a workplace where employees are valued, supported, and empowered to impact the lives of the wisest and most experienced individuals. This fulfilling workplace fosters a friendly and caring atmosphere with a strong emphasis on safety, well-being, and professional growth.
We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate and dedicated team. This hospitality-focused nursing role involves providing direct nursing care to residents, while also delegating and supervising the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists and Resident Assistants. The LPN is essential in maintaining residents' health and comfort by monitoring medical and behavioral changes, coordinating care plans, and providing therapeutic and rehabilitative services. The ideal candidate will work two available shifts, either from 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am, and receive a competitive hourly wage of $27, with additional shift differentials for weekend and evening shifts.
At Lake Seminole Square, the LPN will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and take pride in contributing to a culture that values high professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional hospitality. This role includes responsibilities such as assisting residents with activities of daily living, communicating effectively with the Director of Health Services regarding community conditions and needs, following physician’s orders closely, and ensuring preventative and rehabilitative care is provided consistently. Lake Seminole Square is an employer that deeply invests in employee well-being through comprehensive benefits, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment.
Candidates will find that Lake Seminole Square offers an outstanding benefits package that includes multiple medical, dental, and vision plan options, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement savings with company match, and many supplemental insurance options. Other notable perks include paid time off, holiday pay, paid training, access to employee assistance programs, scholarship opportunities for career growth, and a vibrant culture celebrating team achievements and employee recognition. Those who join this team not only gain employment but become part of an extraordinary life dedicated to senior care and hospitality.
