The Nurse Director of Operating Room Perioperative Services will lead this thriving surgical services program by uniting clinical expertise with enterprise-level leadership to improve patient outcomes and the overall care experience. Reporting to an experienced executive nursing leader, the director will partner closely with surgical and anesthesia leadership to shape perioperative strategy, quality, safety, and throughput. This role manages a diverse and dedicated team comprising nurses, surgical technologists, anesthesia professionals, and multidisciplinary specialists who are reflective of the local community's diversity and committed to fostering a just culture. Supported by unit managers, an OR educator, sterile processing leaders, informatics experts, and analytics resources, the director will champion staff development, certified nursing operating room (CNOR) advancement, and a culture of high reliability and performance excellence.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- minimum five years of perioperative nursing experience
- leadership experience in operating room management
- strong understanding of surgical technologies and workflows
- ability to lead multidisciplinary teams

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR) preferred
