As the Nurse Director of Maternal Child Health, you will lead the integrated Perinatal Services program that includes OBGYN, Labor and Delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care. Job Requirements
- registered nurse licensure
- minimum 5 years clinical experience in maternal child health or related field
- at least 3 years leadership or management experience
- strong organizational and decision making skills
- proficiency with electronic health records and clinical technology
- commitment to patient centered care and safety
- ability to work collaboratively in diverse multidisciplinary teams
Job Qualifications
- bachelor of science in nursing or higher degree
- current registered nurse licensure
- proven leadership experience in maternal child health or perinatal services
- strong knowledge of clinical best practices and regulatory standards
- experience with budget management and strategic planning
- excellent communication interpersonal and team collaboration skills

Job Duties
- lead integrated perinatal services including obgyn labor and delivery postpartum and neonatal care
