The role of Nurse Director Cardiovascular Service Line is an exceptional leadership opportunity within this dynamic cardiac care setting. The role demands oversight of clinical operations optimizing patient throughput, championing electronic health record (EHR) order sets and clinical decision support, and managing capital and technology roadmaps to ensure state-of-the-art service delivery.

This leadership position is instrumental in cultivating a collaborative, diverse, and highly skilled team of nurses and healthcare professionals who prioritize teamwork, respect, and continuous professional development. The organization's mission-driven, patient-first culture supports measurable outcomes and fosters a work environment built on innovation, purpose, and excellence.
