Located in Virginia, Walter Reed Post Acute focuses on fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve. The center's commitment to quality care, combined with a nurturing environment, makes it an outstanding choice for healthcare professionals looking to grow their careers in a stable and rewarding setting.

At Walter Reed Post Acute, employee well-being and professional development are prioritized just as much as resident care. The facility encourages work-life balance, continuous learning, and employee appreciation through various programs and initiatives. The inclusion of an employee engagement and culture committee highlights the organization’s dedication to maintaining a healthy and motivating workplace atmosphere. Equal employment opportunities are extended to all applicants without discrimination, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.

The Concierge position at Walter Reed Post Acute presents a full-time employment opportunity with a competitive salary range between $28.50 and $33.50 per hour. Employees have the added option of same-day pay and a special benefit of adding $3 per hour to their base salary if they choose to waive other benefits. Additionally, there is an employee referral bonus program available to encourage team growth through valued networks.

As a Concierge, your role will be pivotal in creating an exceptional first impression for anyone interacting with the facility. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, assisting residents, staff, guests, and vendors with information and directions, and performing a variety of clerical duties. Greeting potential residents, families, and visitors warmly is an essential part of this role, as is managing both internal and external communications effectively. Your ability to multitask, prioritize demands, and resolve issues proactively will be key to helping maintain smooth operations and fostering a welcoming environment.

This position requires an individual with strong customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a professional demeanor when dealing with a diverse population. Your aptitude for managing multiple demands and navigating varied personalities will be crucial to your success in this role.
