Job Requirements
- Active and unencumbered nursing or PA license
- Minimum 2 years of acute care clinical experience
- Proficiency in IV therapy administration
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage own schedule
- Capacity to build and maintain client relationships
- Reliable transportation to travel within Naperville and surrounding area
- Independent contractor status (1099)
Job Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN, NP, or PA license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care settings such as ICU, ER, or NICU
- Strong IV therapy skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as an independent contractor
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
Job Duties
- Provide IV therapy services to clients at home or on-location
- Build and maintain relationships with local clientele
- Ensure every visit reflects premium white-glove service standards
- Manage scheduling and client appointments independently
- Maintain and restock IV therapy supplies
- Collaborate with company for marketing and client growth strategies
- Attend clinical training sessions and comply with healthcare regulations
