The Clinical Nurse Concierge role at BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy holds a vital position in coordinating and managing patient care throughout the continuum. This position involves working directly with immunoglobulin patients and referral sources by introducing them to the pharmacy's services and programs, providing support for sales teams, and ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution. The Clinical Nurse Concierge acts as the single point of contact for patients and referral sources, guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction and advocacy. This role is responsible for overseeing the referral process, maintaining electronic medical records, and educating patients on infusion product options and insurance details.

Key responsibilities include coordinating care plans with home health agencies, laboratories, and infusion centers, managing pharmacy dispensing schedules, and ensuring patients receive the right supplies and educational materials. Additionally, the Clinical Nurse Concierge participates in quality assurance initiatives, compliance monitoring, and clinical program audits, including Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) and disease-specific programs such as IgG and Hemophilia. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
