The NUNA Server ensures each guest receives impeccable service, assisting them with menu selections, serving food and beverages with precision, and checking in to confirm guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury setting
  • have excellent communication skills with fluency in English required, bilingual preferred
  • willing to work a flexible schedule including morning, afternoon, weekends and holidays
  • must be able to work in a high-pace and dynamic operation
  • able to work together with other colleagues
  • have a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner
  • able to consistently delight and satisfy our guest
  • able to handle guest requests in a detailed manner

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury setting

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menus
  • take food and drink orders, making recommendations as needed
  • serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation
  • maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods
  • check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • process payments, handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout service
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver a seamless dining experience
  • adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
