Boeing Commercial Airplanes is currently offering opportunities for a Numerical Control Multiple Tool - Milling Machine Operator within its Fabrication team. The positions are available at several key Washington locations, including Everett, Renton, Auburn, and Puyallup. This role is essential in the manufacturing process, requiring the operation of advanced milling machines designed to produce high-precision aircraft components. The Numerical Control Multiple Tool - Milling Machine Operator ensures that every part is machined to strict specifications, maintaining the exceptional quality standards for which Boeing is renowned. The role involves setting up machines, preparing fixtures, adjusting tools, and interpreting complex technical documents such as blueprints and program documents. In addition to technical proficiency, the operator must follow rigorous safety protocols to foster a safe and efficient production environment.

The position demands an individual who is detail-oriented, mechanically skilled, and able to work collaboratively with planners, programmers, and other fabrication personnel. The operator will also troubleshoot machinery malfunctions and take corrective actions aligned with Boeing’s operational standards. As this role requires frequent onsite presence, candidates must be prepared to work fully on-site at one of the designated locations. Importantly, candidates must meet Export Control compliance by qualifying as a "US Person," which encompasses US citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees.

Compensation for this hourly position starts at $31.32 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $59.47 per hour under the applicable collective bargaining agreement with the International Association of Machinists (IAM-751). Working shifts are variable, providing some flexibility in scheduling. While relocation assistance is not provided, Boeing invites applicants who are already residing in the immediate area or willing to relocate at their expense.
