We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team. The role is designed for a dedicated healthcare professional who values collaboration and holistic care. This position entails conducting patient evaluations, physical exams, and routine screenings, as well as ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studies. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will also develop and manage individualized treatment plans in partnership with supervising physicians, ensuring the delivery of coordinated and effective healthcare services.
