- Current Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- national certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- previous experience in family medicine or primary care preferred
- strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Provide full-scope primary care including preventive services, acute care, and chronic disease management
- perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and routine screenings
- order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging
- develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
- maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
- collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
