In this role, you will be responsible for providing in-store merchandising support to retail partners, ensuring that shoppers find the products they need in an appealing and organized manner. Your duties will include building attractive displays and end caps that capture customer interest, resetting shelves with proper product rotation to maintain freshness and availability, and meticulously tracking inventory levels. This position is vital for maximizing sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers, contributing directly to business growth and customer satisfaction.
This is a traveling position that requires a significant amount of travel—up to 50% or more of your time. You will be expected to visit various retail locations both within and outside of your home state, often requiring overnight stays. Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- have reliable transportation to and from work location
- able to perform physical tasks such as moving, bending, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- willing to travel within and outside home state with overnight hotel stays
- work independently with a safety-first mentality
