In the role of an In-Store Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the consumer's shopping journey. Your primary responsibilities will include providing essential in-store merchandising support to retailers by building engaging displays and strategic end caps, resetting shelves, and ensuring proper product rotation to keep inventory fresh and appealing. You will also be tasked with tracking inventories to maximize sales opportunities for both stores and suppliers, a role that requires attention to detail and proactive engagement with retail teams. This position involves regular travel, often up to 50% or more of your time, necessitating overnight stays and adaptability to changing schedules.
