Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 2 years of recent serving experience in a high volume restaurant
- must have ServSafe Alcohol Certification prior to hire
- knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations regarding health, safety, sanitation and emergency procedures
- exceptional guest or customer service skills
- basic understanding of cash handling
- must be able to speak, read and understand English well enough for effective communication
- knowledge of computers is preferred
- must be willing to submit to and pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and criminal background check
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be eligible to work in the United States and provide proof upon hire
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Perform all opening or closing duties as scheduled to ensure the restaurant is clean and organized
- prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- engage with guests in a friendly manner
- attend to guests upon entrance and greet immediately
- present and explain menus to assist guests in selecting food or beverages
- take orders and communicate them to BOH in a timely manner
- serve orders to guests in a timely manner
- check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation and temperature
- handle issues or concerns appropriately with a calm, positive demeanor
- notify management of all issues or concerns
- accept payments in all forms
- must be honest and forthright in reporting all monies and cash tips
- run food as needed for any guest or staff
- required to perform side work duties as assigned
- monitor sanitation practices to ensure that standards and regulations are followed
- prioritize work responsibilities effectively
- support other tasks as needed
