Job Requirements

  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • availability for part-time or full-time work with flexible scheduling
  • commitment to maintaining grooming and presentation standards
  • ability to manage reservations, waitlists, and phone lines
  • capability to handle to-go and online orders accurately
  • willingness to maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant
  • readiness to assist team members and serve as communication hub
  • eligibility to work in the country
  • ability to handle guest feedback constructively

Job Qualifications

  • strong communication skills
  • ability to maintain a calm and positive demeanor
  • comprehensive knowledge of menu and daily specials preferred
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • familiarity with reservation software is beneficial
  • clear and effective communication in predominant guest language(s)

Job Duties

  • maintain a warm and professional environment
  • manage reservations, waitlists, and phone lines courteously
  • ensure each guest feels appreciated and honored
  • maintain utmost grooming and wardrobe presentation
  • keep the restaurant clean and ambient focusing on lighting, music, curtains/shades, flowers, and candles
  • complete mise en place walk-through prior to service
  • open the front door for guests whenever possible
  • answer phones using proper etiquette
  • demonstrate comprehensive menu knowledge including daily specials
  • take and complete to-go orders accurately
  • manage online orders with care
  • remember and track returning guests’ names
  • assess service flow and manage waitlist with accurate wait times
  • offer guests menus and water upon seating
  • relay messages to servers and bus persons
  • ensure prompt and accurate service
  • assist servers with orders and clearing tables as needed
  • gather guest feedback and relay to management
  • attend and stock restroom facilities throughout shifts
